By accessing or using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any service

If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.

The Website Content is the property of the Woodlam or its software suppliers and protected by South African and international copyright laws.

7. Breach
If any party ("Defaulting Party") breaches any of these terms and conditions and fails to remedy such breach within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of notice to remedy the breach, the aggrieved party shall be entitled to claim specific performance or to cancel this agreement forthwith upon written notice to the defaulting party, without prejudice to its right to recover:
any amounts that may be due to it in terms of this agreement; and
any loss or damage suffered as a consequence of the breach or the cancellation of this agreement.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and/or any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Nothing in this clause or the Terms and Conditions limit your right to approach any court, tribunal or forum of competent jurisdiction in terms of the CPA.
9. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Woodlam may, in its sole discretion, change the Terms and Conditions or any part thereof at any time and notice of such change in the Terms and Conditions will be provided to you, either via email and/will be displayed on the Website. Any such change will only apply to your use of this Website after the change is displayed on the Website. If you use the Website after such updated or amended “Terms and Conditions” have been displayed on the Website, you will be deemed to have accepted such updates or amendments.
10. General
These Terms and Conditions, read together with Returns Policy and our Privacy Policy contain the whole agreement between you and Woodlam and no other warranty or undertaking is valid, unless contained in this document between the parties.
